This lovely vintage postcard is unused.

The building, and the one next door which was also part of the Morton Apartment Motel, still stand according to Google Street View:

Note the double staircase. It is listed as being built in 1953, and has ten suites. One of the suites is listed as the Fort Lauderdale Colonic Irrigation Center. Really.

This website has some additional views of the property. It was sold in October 2012 for $1,600,000.
