This card was mailed from St. Augustine September 19, 1961 using a purple three cent liberty stamp. It was sent to Mr. Art Hartwell, 384 Walnut St, Manchester, N.H. The handwriting is very unusual, and the card is written sideways. Best I can make out, it reads:

Just had dinner here, our motel adjoins. Tops them all for luxury. Enjoying our trip – hurricane Ester has by passed us heading your way – love Mom & Dad
