Here’s another motel located on the Tamiami Trail.

Sorry to say, 3801 Cleveland Ave. is now a Red Lobster. I can’t find anything except a death record for Guy D. Beam. It’s like their entire world has disappeared. Shame, really. It’s a fabulous card…lovely neon sign, nice palm trees, clean-looking tidy little cottages. Hard to tell, but it doesn’t look like this area is really built up and as the card states, it is two miles south of the business district (now it’s your typical seedy strip area with the Red Lobster, Payless Shoes and empty lots).
