The Sun Valley Motor Hotel is still there, but according to minutes from the city mission meeting on March 19, 2008, it is currently vacant. Their phone is disconnected. Built in 1958, it was remodeled in 1985.

Looking at google maps, the place is clearly still there. The pool, with its beautiful shape, is clearly seen with the bridge over it, but the water has turned a terrible shade of green.
