The solstice fell on a weekday, and I wasn’t feeling much in the spirit so we saved our meal until Saturday night. I made homemade ravioli stuffed with mushrooms with a garlic cream sauce, homemade cheesy garlic bread and a salad. For dessert, we had the steamed pudding I put together the weekend prior.
