This is a Real Photo Postcard (RPPC), EKC (range 1930-1950). The L.L. Cook Co. was founded in 1921. In 1956, it purchased the EC Kropp Co. The stamp box on the back of this card has the ECK logo on it.

I’ve been up and down through Google StreetView, and if I had to guess, I’d say that the above postcard is taken at the intersection of Hibiscus Ave. The buildings have changed, but it seems the most likely:
