I didn’t misspell the owner’s name, it really does have two ‘s’ (esses?) on the card. Someone removed the stamp, but it is postmarked from Daytona Beach December 29, 7PM, 1957. It was mailed to Mr. H.E.Libson, Box 191, Minto, New Brunswick, Canada. Below that, it says To C.E. Libson.

Dear Grampy,
I hope you are enjoying your xmas holidays as much as I am enjoying mine. It sure doesn’t seem like xmas here. Today there isn’t a cloud in the sky and I hope it will be hot. Daytona Beach is about 9 miles long and the cars use it as a road. It is really beautiful. We drove through Palm Beach yesterday and it also is a wonderful site. Lots of Love, Nancy.
What a lovely person, to remember her Grampy and send a card! And Grampy saved the card all these years until somehow it wound up in my collection. I do love the card, too. Who is the lovely young woman standing out in front? Maybe Chriss Shuler? No idea. There are some other cards available online which list Christi Shuler instead of Chriss.
So, the address isn’t the same (801 is now a horrible condo), but check out the rounded bit on the lobby. Think it could be the same place?
Maybe that’s just wishful thinking on my part.
