Okay, Route 84 seems to run alongside or as part of the huge US 595 Port Everglades Expressway. Park City mobile home park still stands on Route 84. The business was set up in 1961 and officially dissolved in 1973. But the mobile home park still stands, as does Park City West.

Obituary: Walter F. Neal passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2000. Walter was formerly from Mason, MI and resided in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for the past 41 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Julia M. Neal; his son, Jay Schultz; his granddaughter, Kimberly Neal Gardner; his daughter Lisa Peak; his grandson Travis Hensley; and his granddaughter, Erica Rowland. Walter was developer of many projects within the community such as Lago Mar Country Club, Arrowhead Golf Club, Pine Island Utility, Park City West, and many other; however, Park City Mobile Home Estates was his most cherished accomplishment. Walter not only developed Park City Mobile Home Estates, but played a fundamental role in building a loving close community where many retirees (lots who were beloved by Walter) presently reside. Although a successful businessman, Walter will mostly be remembered as a caring, loyal and extraordinary man.
