Vintage Postcard – Luxurious Motel – Miami Beach
ONE OF THE LUXURIOUS MOTELS THAT
FACE ON THE ATLANTIC OCEAN IN FLORIDA
Curteichcolor Reproduction from Kodachrome or Ektachrome Original
G-106 — Gulf Stream Card & Distributing Co., Miami, Florida
This lovely vintage postcard, featuring an un-named motel, was mailed to Mrs. G. F. Mulliins, Apt. 408, 10 Louise Ave, Highland Park (3), Mich. U.S.A. from Miami Beach July 12, 1959 using a purple three-cent liberty stamp. It reads:
Miami Beach, July 11th
Have had a lovely holiday here & fine weather. Leave to-morrow for Daytona Beach. Wish we could stay longer. Lloyd would like to move down here. Our Hotel is right on the Ocean. Love, Edna.
This is a rather non-descript card, but it’s likely that the place is long gone as are most of them on motel row in Miami Beach.
