Impy is a three year old front-declawed female tortie. She’s a lover…puts her arms around your neck and gives you hugs and kisses. She loves attention, loves to be held, loves to just be close to you. Her owner surrendered her and her brother Will because she took a new job and would be traveling 20 days out of every month.
Impy and Will have been at the shelter for about two weeks now. She is depressed and is refusing to eat. She’s lost a lot of weight already. She desperately needs a home, where she can receive a lot of attention, calm down and maybe start eating again. Otherwise, it doesn’t look good for her. We can force-feed, but once it gets to that point, it’s difficult to turn things around again. She spent the morning in my office. I wish someone would have a small place in their heart and home for her.

How is Impy doing? Is he eating better?
