Yesterday the temperature hit 57 degrees and all the snow went away. Today was sunny and bright, at 44 degrees. The cold is supposed to blow back in tonight, and along with it snow, but we’ve had our first taste of spring. And in fact, we have 30 days left until spring as of today. It was so nice to see the yard again though, and have all the snow gone for even just one day.

Here is Ridge, cuddling with his good friend Wanda. I understand he was lying in the basket, and she came up and snuggled right up on him. Isn’t it nice to have friends? Today was an especially horrific day at work. I’m glad it is Friday and I have a little bit of a break.
