So, the Driftwood still shows up at this address on Trip Advisor and the like. The reviews are not good. Loopnet has the property, 21 units, listed for sale and financing is available should you be so inclined. Flikr has this great second postcard view of the place here.

I’ll be honest. I think the place has potential. I love the courtyard. I think it could be cleaned up and made new again.

I hope someone takes on the project and changes it from a sketchy, room by the hour, free bedbug place into something special. The Driftwood deserves it.
