Although it has already disappeared (and should start snowing again any minute – and continue all day long), we did have a bright spot of sunshine this morning as I pulled into the parking lot.
No real warm-up in sight, though tomorrow is supposed to be partly sunny (next Monday and Tuesday as well). It was 7 degrees on the way to work this morning.
I am driving Bob’s truck today. He is very sweet and wanted to take mine to make sure it was working appropriately. Yesterday my vehicle died in the middle of the intersection at North and Calhoun at 6:30am. Bob came to rescue me and managed to limp the Equinox to the dealership.
The details, according to the paperwork: replaced cam actuator solenoid valve for intake 4 cyl engine, bulletin PIP 5025E calibration updated needed and oil usage, run per bulletin 01-06-01-011 reprogram ECM calibrations, claim code S1A9C run vehicle code not resetting at this time.
Anyhow, I need to take it back in 2,000 miles because they are now doing a study on it. Remember, this car is three years old just this past December 1.
