This lovely vintage postcard is unused.
A little internet digging shows that this property is currently owned by Tahitian Treasure Island, located at the same address. It was purchased in 2002 for $3,800,000. Built in 1949, it had 16 original units. It appears that two additional buildings were added in the 1950s.
